The Family Support Services Program Manager will manage a team of 5-6 Family Support Specialists who provide services to DCF high risk families in their communities and homes. The Program manager is responsible for accepting and assigning referrals as well as monitoring caseloads and records of direct reports. The Program Manager is responsible for program contract management, budgeting, reporting to the funding agency, and programmatic oversight of community outreach and record keeping. RESPONSIBILITIES Work in close collaboration with our Department of Children and Families (DCF) partners, as well as a network of community-based organizations.
