Overview: The Invoicing Analyst supports invoicing teams by analyzing operational metrics, identifying process improvement opportunities, and driving efficiency and accuracy across invoicing operations. This role will focus on data-driven insights, cross-department collaboration, and the continuous enhancement of systems and workflows that impact billing performance. The Invoicing Analyst partners closely with client services, pricing, and finance teams to ensure consistent, high-quality billing outcomes across business lines. This position reports to the Sr. Manager of Invoicing.
