NOW Customer Service Attendant JOB SUMMARY The Customer Service Attendant is an integral member of the NOW center wellness team. Directly handles all customer service front desk interactions, with emphasis on ensuring day to day business operations of the NOW center are met with minimal supervision. Ensure excellent customer service to all guest of the NOW center. Is directly responsible for membership software program and other business functions of the NOW center. Strives for superior performance of the NOW center by consistently providing excellent customer service to leadership and staff that is recognized as ultimately contributing to the wellness experience.
