This position supports the ongoing activities and initiatives of the Employee and Family Resources (EFR) program, serving all Yale New Haven Health System (YNHHS) employees, their household members, and other eligible populations. As the primary emotional wellbeing resource for the Yale New Haven Health System, EFR plays a central role in burnout prevention and mental health support through a combination of customized programming and a comprehensive external vendor partnership delivering EAP counseling and Work/Life services.
