Job Summary: Responsible for tracking, analyzing and auditing all customer paperwork and ensure accuracy of such. Proper rating of all customers applicable and approved services. Distribute revenue to proper branches, divisions, sales consultants, vendors and contractors. Post amounts to accounts receivable and verifies receipt of correct distribution. Invoice per customers’ accounts requirements in order to meet deadlines. Reconcile revenue as needed.  Frequent contact with dispatchers, United Van Lines, move coordinators, drivers, agents and customers regarding rating, billing, revenue distribution and paperwork accuracy.
