Cash Posting & Customer Service Coordinator Job Summary The Coordinator Cash Posting & Customer Service works closely with the Revenue Cycle Officer to ensure training and oversight to staff in receiving, preparing and posting receipts for Hospital and Physician services while ensuring posting accuracy of receipts and contractual allowance. Duties include maintaining a daily cashier reconciliation recap, reporting any discrepancies to management, coordinating with the accounting department the daily and monthly balancing of accounts receivable to the general ledger.
