Overview: Planning and Production Manager   The Planning and Production Manager reports to the Facility Director and is responsible for overseeing the production planning process, ensuring efficient utilization of resources, and meeting customer delivery requirements. This role involves coordinating production schedules, managing service level agreements, optimizing workflow, and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. This role is also responsible for the financial planning, tracking and accurate accounting of expenditures, accruals, and month end closing.   Primary Role Responsibilities:   Production Planning & Scheduling: Develop and maintain production schedules to meet customer demand and delivery timelines.
