We are in need of Maintenance/Service Coordinator for a Property Management company in Clinton. The company is a mix of managing 25 condo complexes across CT and a real estate firm that merged 5 years ago, have tripled in size and now need extra help coordinator Maintenance and Service for all properties.. Good phone and email etiquette, should have some office experience as this role is very high-volume with phone and email work and speakign with tenants. 8am – 5pm Mon-Fri   $22-25/hour Main Responsibilities include: Oversight, coordination, management of service requests and work orders. Daily review of incoming service requests and work orders. Process incoming service requests and work orders received via telephone and/or email.
