Overview:   Primary responsibility is to assist the Spa Director in providing leadership, direction and supervision of staff in the daily operations of the Spa, including, but not limited to, massage therapists, aestheticians, and salon.  They will assist in overseeing the coordination of all providers, be directly involved in scheduling, as well as product inventory and ordering.  The position will directly supervise:  massage therapists and aestheticians, while also assisting in providing consistent leadership to the Salon, Spa coordinator and Attendant team. Responsibilities: Full working knowledge of spa, wellness and fitness treatments/programs. Be aware of advancements in the field and be involved in making decisions on new treatments and products that will continue to make the Spa a showcase feature.
