Role Overview
The Contract Coordinator is a multifaceted administrative and operational role that serves as a bridge between the front office and the Project Management team. You will be responsible for the high-level organization of construction bids and legal documentation.
Core Responsibilities
Administrative Support: Managing incoming communications by answering phones and greeting visitors with a professional and sharp demeanor.
Project Liaison: Working closely with Project Managers (PMs) to assist with the preparation of bids and the coordination of project starts.
Document Management: Reviewing contracts, grants, and legal documents with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
Operational Flow: Managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment where “Continuous Improvement” is a core company value.
