Overview: The Referral Marketing Program Executive serves as a strategic leader responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing marketing plans and campaigns aimed at increasing patient volume and revenue and increasing provider referral volume. This role works across multiple disciplines and channels to ensure that messaging is consistent, impactful, and tailored to the needs of provider audiences. Responsibilities: Develop the referral marketing strategy and plans to complement direct-to-consumer campaigns, highlighting priority specialty providers and services in need of growth.
