Overview: The Fleet Services Coordinator serves as administrative and technical support for the Fuel and Toll departments. The position will be the principal contact for NFI Tolls, and will handle all general phone and email communications for all levels of internal and external customers. Additionally, they will receive cross-training to assist and support the fuel operations as needed. This position reports to the Manager of Fuel & Tolls. Responsibilities: Maintains all transponder records with high degree of accuracy. Work directly within the BestPass toll account system, proactively addressing toll-related errors and expenses. Manage the toll violation process, including paper and email notifications, and maintain a detailed violation tracking system. Conduct violation research, including disputes and reconciliations.
