The pay range is $20-23/hour with a schedule of 8am – 5pm Mon-Fri Techs are responsible for General Maintenance orders and Apartment Turnovers. Skills required and main responsibilities:  2+ years of experience in general maintenance. Experience in affordable housing/REAC inspection experience preferred but not required.
