A Painting/Porter position in a Bridgeport, CT, building is a maintenance role focused on maintaining the aesthetic appeal and cleanliness of the property. This role combines janitorial responsibilities with light maintenance, painting, and unit turnover tasks. The Painter/Porter ensures that the building’s common areas, exterior grounds, and vacant units are clean, well-maintained, and visually appealing.
