We are looking for a Maintenance Technician for a 100 unit apartment complex in Fredonia, NY. This position is covering a leave for about a month. The position is paying $ 21-$23/hours with a schedule of  8:30am – 5pm Monday-Friday Responsibilities include: Complete service requests in a timely manner and interact with residents to ensure their needs are met. Prepare vacant units to occupancy standards within established time frames. Inspect property mechanical systems and grounds, addressing safety issues immediately with management.
