Customer Service:
To provide customer service with timely and accurate repairs to radiology equipment.
Installation:
Assist with installations of imaging systems.
Emergency Service:
The incumbent provides emergency service in an on-call capacity.
Equipment Knowledge:
The incumbent serves as a source of technical information and training. Extended travel is required to attend OEM training.
Regulatory Knowledge:
It is essential that the Incumbent provide good documentation of maintenance to meet FDA and JCAHO requirements.
Budget:
The incumbent is expected to provide input in budgeting and have an understanding of all departmental functions.
