We have partnered with a National Property Management company who is in need of Maintenance help for their 200 unit Garden Style Apartment complex in Rochester. The pay range is $20-23/hour with a schedule of 8am – 5pm Mon-Fri Techs are responsible for General Maintenance orders and Apartment Turnovers. Skills required and main responsibilities:  2+ years of experience in general maintenance. Experience in affordable housing/REAC inspection experience preferred but not required. Hands-on plumbing, electrical, boilers, painting, carpentry, snow removal, landscaping and appliance repair Must be willing to complete janitorial duties including general common area and grounds upkeep, garbage removal Must be able to lift up to 50lbs and be able to stand for an 8-hour shift   #toponehire
