   Position Purpose : The Lead Service Technician diagnoses and completes repairs on customer vehicles in a professional, timely manner while ensuring quality repairs at a fair cost to the customer. The Lead Service Technician diagnoses and creates repair strategies for other technicians to follow and complete.
