Job Description: Store Director Department: STORE MANAGEMENT Direct Supervisor: DISTRICT MANAGER FLSA Status: EXEMPT Starting Rate of Pay: $70,000.00/yr for Honokowai Location (Maui) Job Summary: The Store Director is directly responsible and accountable for overseeing all aspects of the store that he/she is assigned, namely ensuring that all company directives are executed within expectation with the intent to maximize sales and profitability while simultaneously minimizing expenses and any losses.
