Community Pharmacist Supervisor Position Summary: The Community Pharmacist Supervisor is responsible for providing safe, effective, appropriate, timely and cost-efficient medication therapy for patients and serving as the pharmacist-in-charge for the hospital’s community pharmacy. This includes but is not limited to proper and safe distribution medication, rational drug selection, monitoring administration and responsibility for the patient’s overall drug therapy.
