Position Summary The Health Systems Change Program Manager is responsible for developing, delivering and refining a health systems change service to facilitate changes in workflow that support delivery of treatment, referrals,advance provider training and capacity-building efforts to improve clinical practice. Key activities include leading a team, developing and refining tools, outlining processes, strategizing and prioritizing service delivery and program enhancement.
