HUMAN RESOURCES PAYROLL MANAGER - LABOR MANAGEMENT
POSITION SUMMARY
The Payroll Manager leads payroll operations for the EAH healthcare organization. This role ensures timely and accurate payroll processing for clinical and non-clinical staff, manages compliance with payroll processes, and supports shift-based payroll complexities. The role also supports the organizational labor expense initiatives.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, HR or other related field. Equivalent combination of education and relevant payroll experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Minimum Experience
5 years of experience in payroll administration and processing.
