Human Resources Manager Oversees the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department to include LOA's, all of the recruitment and employment functions, HRIS, and employee relations for the all of the Physician Practices. Responsible for meeting with visiting regulatory agencies and ensuring that the department remains DOH ready. Responsible for ensuring that the department complies with state and federal regulations. Supervise Human Resources Department within the Physician Practices. Will manage all of the Human Resources Generalist(s) and any other HR staff performance reviews and provide feedback to staff and administration using performance management.
