BHSC has an opening for a Speech Supervisor within our Contracts department. This is a full time, year round position that will involve regular travel to various school contract sites. The Contract Speech Supervisor manages services in BHSC's contract sites to ensure quality, excellence in staff training, productivity monitoring, and paperwork/policy compliance. Essential Functions Collaborates with program directors, supervisors, and contract administrators to achieve the highest level of customer service by optimizing work efficiency and effectiveness of supervised staff, as well as ensuring appropriate staffing, scheduling and coverage.
