Overview $5000 Sign on Bonus Available!!! (external candidates only) The RN Lead leads nursing and patient care activities for CRMH Specialty Clinics that includes multiple departments and sites. The RN Lead is responsible for supporting the Patient Care Manager with administrative duties of the clinical units. The position provides clinical expertise in the nursing process, patient workflows, and care experience. This position will participate in organizational and unit-based quality improvement activities and will provide input on standards of care to maintain quality patient outcomes. Will also maintain the clinical competencies needed to provide direct patient care when the need arises. They will participate in onboarding and training new employees. Participate and coordinate staff training needs including new employee job training and yearly competencies.
