Overview of Position: A Factory Store General Manager is responsible for overall daily operations which includes, but are not limited to overseeing all aspects of production, sales, facilities management, ordering, processing and human resources. Essential functions are “Creating Magic Moments” for our guests while driving sales with a detailed plan to grow the business and managing costs. Additionally, the Factory store General Managers have the additional responsibility of producing product and managing a larger staff to accommodate the needs of tunnel oven stores in addition to the front retail location.
