We have partnered with a 200 unit Market Rate property in Troy who is looking to enhance their maintenance team.   Compensation range: $28-31/hour Maintenance Supervisor •    Regular inspection of buildings and grounds. All noted deficiencies will be communicated to the Property Manager.  •    Supervise and assist the Maintenance Technicians, providing direction and guidance; assigns all job work priorities, determining the extent of repaired and necessary corrective measures, with an explanation to the Maintenance Technician of their duties.  •    Ensures the prompt and proper completion of maintenance and repairs on all apartments, then returns the completed service request forms to the Property Manager.  •    Regularly inspects the grounds and public areas to assure that employees are performing their assigned duties in maintaining adequate property cleanliness and upkeep of all public areas and grounds.  •    Responsible for the control and operation of the...
