Aimbridge Corporate - Director Payroll The Director of Payroll is responsible and accountable for all aspects of directing the operations of the organizations payroll function including multiple payrolls for 60,000+ associates in nearly every state (as well as some international), completing accurate allocations and accrual calculations, and resolving payroll liability issues. Additional duties include supervising and developing payroll staff, training, maintaining accurate process documentation, and overseeing the escheatment process. Management-level associates are expected to work as much of each workday as is necessary to complete their job responsibilities. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelors degree required. Degree in Finance or a related discipline preferred. At least 8+ years in Finance required and/or progressive Payroll experience in a hotel or a related industry.
