Manager Maintenance/General Maintenance Under the general direction of the Director of Facilities, the Facility Manager is responsible for assisting the Director of Facilities in the overall operation of the Facilities Department inclusive of administrative as well as technical operations. This position will Perform and supervise preventative maintenance schedules. Assists in computing costs, scheduling and expediting operations and repairs, supervises, and assists with emergency and major repair jobs, assures regulatory compliance, and inspects buildings and grounds. Assists in ordering equipment and supplies. Is responsible to detect, minimize, and control fire hazards. Responsible for performing fire drills as well as being a first responder.
