Manager, HRIS GENERAL SUMMARY The Manager, Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) oversees multiple human resources information systems including HR/Payroll, talent acquisition, performance management, etc. while ensuring data integrity and adherence to employment laws (GDPR, ACA, Wage & Hour, etc.) and all other regulatory requirements. This role manages system configuration and maintenance, reporting, data interfaces and integration, and security, acting as the liaison between HR, IT, payroll, and legal teams to automate processes and maintain data accuracy and privacy.
