Position Title: RV Shop Foreman Description The RV Shop Foreman is responsible for ensuring efficient workflow, maintaining exceptional service quality, communication, coordination, and team management as well as assisting the Shop Manager and Service Manager in managing technician schedules and performance. Responsibilities: Communicate with Service Advisors to clarify work orders, ensuring customer expectations and job completion timelines are accurately documented.
