Overview:
It is the responsibility of the Count Manager to ensure that Nevada Gaming Regulations compliance are being met or exceeded as it relates to all Count Room Operations. It is also their responsibility to run the day to day operations and direct supervision of all activities within the Count Department. This position must also exhibit a high level of professional and personalized guest service that embodies the Company’s brand standard and core values (K.E.E.P. – Kindness, Engagement, Empathy and Positivity).
Responsibilities:
Supervise and participate in the Count Room function, ensuring the integrity of the count and compliance with Gaming regulations. Distribute daily work assignments to Count Team. Perform all interviewing, hiring, scheduling, timekeeping and disciplinary functions for the Count Team and Vending personnel. Partner with the Cage Supervisors, Slot Supervisors and Casino Shift Managers in an effort to address problems as they arise....
