Human Resources Manager GENERAL DESCRIPTION Human resources managers plan, coordinate, and direct the administrative functions of an organization. They oversee the recruiting, interviewing, and hiring of new staff; consult with the Leadership Team on strategic planning; and serve as a link between an organization's management and its employees. EDUCATION & TRAINING REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s degree or SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification in Human Resources preferred. WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS Experience in a leadership role preferred, or minimum of 2-5 years of HR experience required Experience in the healthcare industry preferred.
