Administrative Nursing Supervisor Position Summary Responsible for supervision and coordination of nursing staff to assure the provision of safe and effective care on the evening and night shifts. Supports and interprets the mission, philosophy and objectives of HMC and the Department of Nursing. Practices within the framework of shared governance, represents administration for problem solving and decision making and supports the tenets of magnet designation.
