Overview:
This will be a supervisor position supervising the cooks of the Dietary Department.
Responsibilities:
RESPONSIBLE FOR: Supervises daily dietary services operations, including planning, preparation, serving, distribution, and sanitation activities on assigned shift. Serves as resource to staff, communicates processes and procedures, and facilitates appropriate training.
Qualifications:
MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED: High school education or GED equivalent. MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Two years of experience in food services/operations within healthcare, education, dining, or related field required. MINIMUM LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION REQUIRED BY LAW: ServSafe certification required. ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS: One year of leadership experience preferred.
