Role Overview: The   Senior Manager, Finance Business Partner and Strategic Financial Initiatives   plays a critical role in providing strategic financial insights and business decision support to drive performance and profitability. This role oversees the accounting and analysis related to Brother International Corporation’s (“Brother”) various business segments and functions. This includes monthly monitoring of expenses and gross profit components, as well as the review and preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reporting and analysis. This role is responsible for budgeting and forecasting for assigned business areas, as well as investigation of variances to forecast and budget for those same business areas. In addition, this role will be responsible for the FP&A tool for the US and Canada.
