Role Overview:
The Manager, HRIS is the HR functional owner of the Dayforce HRIS platform, responsible for system governance, security, data integrity, and continuous optimization. Sitting within HR, this role acts as the primary liaison between HR and IT, partnering closely with the HRIS Product Owner to ensure stable operations, compliant configurations, and successful delivery of enhancements and integrations across the HR technology ecosystem. This role works in close partnership with all HR functional teams to support ongoing releases, regulatory changes, and system improvements while ensuring a secure, accurate, and user-friendly experience.
