What You'll Do: We’re looking for an Operations Analyst to join our Commercial Real Estate- Equity Asset Management team. In this role, you'll be responsible for providing timely and efficient support for the regional equity team including, but not limited to, lease review and database administration, construction administration, accounts payable management and approval, quality assurance, reporting, and other special projects.   Lease Administration: With minimal direction, review, analyze, identify, and abstract terms and conditions of lease, lease-related documents, and other contracts. Input and maintain data in asset management and general ledger system. Track acquisitions and dispositions and update system as appropriate.
