Overview: We are seeking a mid-level Corporate Counsel with over 5 years of transaction experience to support a wide range of transactional legal matters, including commercial contracts, corporate governance, and general business operations. This role will work closely with MOBIS’s other departments to draft, review, and negotiate agreements, support business initiatives, and provide practical legal guidance to enable efficient and compliant operations. The ideal candidate will have strong transactional skills and experience supporting corporate activities, including familiarity with entity-related filings and processes.
