We are looking for an Attorney to join our law firm, who is excited to about our industry and is ready to make a difference in the lives of our clients. The attorney must have experience in the following: asylums, removal proceedings, defensive applications for relief, family-based filings, naturalization, family-based consular processing, VAWA applications, and I-212/I-601A waivers. A keen interest in statutory interpretation and a confident and proactive demeanor in immigration court required.
