Recently, the firm made significant changes to employee compensation and benefits packages. Starting January 1, 2025, the base compensation for all first-year Attorneys has been increased to $110,000 per year, and higher starting base compensation for experienced attorneys with higher compensation being offered to Attorneys with experience and/or portable books. In addition, the firm will offer no-cost health insurance for basic plans, free dental and vision coverage, and a 6% matching contribution for 401(k) plans at 100%.
