Contract Specialist Responsible for preparing, reviewing, and managing vendor, service, commercial, and real estate contracts to ensure they align with company goals, policies, and legal regulations. Responsible for oversight of the contract lifecycle management software (Contract Logix). Initiates negotiations and ensure competitive rates are attained prior to contracts being finalized by the CEO and/or CFO. The Contract Specialist will serve as a key liaison between internal departments and external partners to facilitate smooth and compliant contract execution.
