Overview: The Harbor Dispatch Supervisor will be in charge of planning the utilization of the drivers assigned to the NFI Drayage business as well as managing the dispatchers assigned to that NFI Drayage business. Responsibilities: Provides load planning, driver scheduling, and dispatch duties using both Dedicated Fleet drivers and Owner Operators. Maintains positive and encouraging working relations with all dispatchers and drivers Provides constant communications of service issues to appropriate personnel and departments, both internal (NFI) and external (customer). Provides daily and weekly performance/KPI data reports to both internal and external parties. Manages and maintains driver payroll via the dispatchers.
