Dir Security (KAL) The Director of Security provides strategic leadership, operational oversight, and administrative direction for hospital-based Security department. This role is responsible for ensuring a safe and secure environment for patients, visitors, associates, and medical staff while aligning operations with organizational mission, values, regulatory requirements, and Michigan law. This position oversees Beacon employed staff and serves as a key liaison between hospital leadership, clinical partners, regulatory agencies, and external law enforcement. In addition to security and police operations, this role provides oversight of associate badging, mailroom operations, and Kalamazoo operator services.
