We are seeking a hands-on Finance Operations Specialist/Analyst/Associate (title is a suggestion) to run the day-to-day operations of finance, accounting, payroll, and expense operations across U.S. and Puerto Rico entities. This role is highly operational and focused on accuracy, process discipline, and follow-through, working closely with the CFO Office and external partners such as accountants or tax advisors. The ideal candidate is comfortable managing payroll checks, vendor payments, expense compliance, cash flow updates and accounting clean-up in a fast-moving environment. This is an execution-focused role which is best for someone who enjoys doing the work, keeping systems clean, and ensuring financial data is accurate, compliant, and delivered on time.
