Overview: This role will provide enterprise-wide leadership over all front-end revenue cycle functions, including scheduling, registration, financial navigation, insurance verification, cost estimates, pre-authorization and standardization of front desk processes. Accountable for designing and executing patient access strategies that enhance the patient experience, ensure data integrity, and optimize revenue capture.
