Overview: The Senior Financial and Operations Analyst will support the Finance team on a range of financial and operational initiatives, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, market- and center-level business driver analyses, operational KPI reporting, and other ad hoc projects. This role will partner closely with the Senior Manager of FP&A and work directly with the COO and other operational leaders to provide insights that improve performance, efficiency, and decision-making across the business.
