Finance & Insurance (F&I) & Admin Assistant The Finance & Insurance (F&I) & Admin Assistant sells new and used buyers financing and insurance programs. F&I assistant also works with financial lenders to give fair interest rates to buyers and programs. General office duties, must be organized, have great computer skills as well as great customer service skills. As with all positions within dealerships, F&I employees are expected to uphold the highest ethical standards.
