Overview: Job Purpose As Director or Senior Director for our Digital Consumer Interface Platform (ICE’s Customer Acquisition Suite which includes Mortgage Point of Sale, CRM and Lead Management Systems) solution, you will drive the vision, strategy, and go-to-market approach for ICE’s flagship household engagement platform native to the market’s leading loan origination system, Encompass. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams across Product, Sales, Engineering, Marketing, Finance and Client Success to deliver innovative experiences that improve borrower engagement and increase pull through rates and efficiency for lenders.   Responsibilities Strategic Vision & Roadmap Define and evolve the long-term product strategy for our mortgage ICE Customer Acquisition Suite (ICAS) to meet market demand, regulatory changes, and customer needs.  Near term focus will be driving POS enhancements and increased integration into Encompass based workflow.
