What You'll Do: Partner with business stakeholders, third-party vendors and operational staff daily to ensure delivery of services are in alignment with contractual expectation. Advocate service offerings on behalf of the area by influencing decisions related to use of services. Support Technology teams and business units on tasks associated with vendor supplier management.
